Chapter III "Dreamers" draws inspiration from the freedom and raw energy of a gay nightclub — a single night where music, movement and individuality dissolve social boundaries into a shared sense of belonging.
For the Autumn/Winter 2025 season, Alexander Bel transforms this atmosphere into an autobiographical narrative celebrating self-expression, vulnerability and the ongoing fight for LGBTQ+ visibility. The collection explores spaces where different identities coexist, creating a community united by authenticity rather than convention.
Built from upcycled garments and natural materials including linen, cotton and leather, the collection reinterprets classic tailoring through a language of deconstruction. Frayed edges, exposed construction and hand-finished details question the permanence of clothing while revealing its capacity for renewal. Traditional Japanese techniques such as Sashiko and Boro reinforce the philosophy of repair, longevity and emotional value.
Balancing nostalgia with a subtle royal-punk aesthetic, Chapter III presents a wardrobe that embraces imperfection as beauty.
